*** For Incoming Primary One (2027) Students ***

Please indicate (under remarks) your child's name and class as 2027 Primary One.

You can collect your items during Primary One Induction Day or pay for delivery.

Deliveries will be done within one (1) month during school term.

For orders placed after Primary One Induction Day, your child will be able to collect during Thursdays after school starts.

*** For Current Students in RGPS ***

Your child will be able to collect the items within one (1) to two (2) weeks during Thursdays at the Tinkering Courtyard unless non-essential activities have been ceased due to reasons beyond our control (eg: Covid, Haze, etc)

Deliveries will be made within one (1) month during school term except for exam period and/or when non-essential activities have been ceased due to reasons beyond our control (eg: Covid, Haze, etc).

For Orders made during the December school holidays, please indicate your child's class for the next year.

IMPORTANT! - ORDER FULFILMENT IS NOT IMMEDIATE. PLEASE SEE DELIVERY SECTION FOR MORE INFORMATION. Please check your orders carefully before making payment. Once payment is completed, changes or cancellation of orders will not be possible. All orders will be confirmed upon successful payment and a receipt emailed to you. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or refunds of any items sold. In exceptional situations where a product is found to be defective within one week after delivery such that its functionality is significantly affected, please contact us at webstore@rgpspvg.org to provide the details of the defect. Product images are shown for illustration purposes. It is possible that during the reproduction process, slight deviations may occur. We make every effort to provide you the best available information regarding manufacturer reported sizing information and dimensions for the items. Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time to time, product sizing may vary slightly. If in doubt, we would recommend sizing up. We thank you for your understanding.

Payment can be made via Paypal or Paynow to our UEN account. We are unable to accept cash or other payment methods at the current moment.

Any unpaid orders will be cancelled.
